~ Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the Earth.
~ Breathe deeply. Let any excess energy drain downward and calm energy rise back up.

What it is: Removing negative, stagnant, or chaotic energy from your space, tools, or even yourself.
Ways to cleanse:
