Members Terms of Service & Sacred Space Agreement

Welcome to the CraftTalk community.

This space exists as a gathering place for those exploring witchcraft, pagan traditions, spirituality, and magical practice. By joining the community or purchasing a membership, you agree to uphold the principles of respect, responsibility, and integrity that help maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.

Participation in CraftTalk constitutes agreement with the following terms.

Sacred Space Agreement

CraftTalk is intended to function as a respectful and thoughtful community space where individuals can share knowledge, experiences, and traditions.

By participating in this community, members agree to:

• Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy
• Engage in discussions with an open mind
• Honor the diversity of spiritual paths and traditions
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior
• Contribute in a constructive and supportive manner

This community thrives when members approach discussions with curiosity rather than judgment.

Community Conduct

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, the following behaviors are not permitted:

• Harassment, intimidation, or abusive language
• Personal attacks against other members
• Hate speech or discriminatory comments
• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Spamming or excessive self-promotion
• Sharing private information about other members

Administrators reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to members who violate these guidelines.

Member Content

Members may post comments, discussions, and other materials within the community.

By posting content on CraftTalk, you grant the website a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform for community purposes.

Members remain responsible for the content they post.

CraftTalk reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates community rules or applicable laws.

Spiritual and Magical Practices

Discussions within this community may include references to spiritual traditions, magical practices, rituals, divination, and personal experiences.

These discussions are provided for educational exploration and personal sharing. Results from magical or spiritual practices cannot be guaranteed, and members are responsible for how they interpret and apply information shared within the community.

Participation in spiritual discussions is undertaken voluntarily and at the user’s own discretion.

Membership Access

Membership provides access to community areas, exclusive content, and resources based on the selected membership level.

Membership access is granted only to the individual account holder. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access member areas through your account is prohibited.

Billing and Payments

Paid memberships are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until the membership is cancelled.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for the current billing period.

Access will remain active until the end of the paid term.

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Upon successful payment, members are granted immediate access to digital materials and community resources.

Because access to digital content is provided instantly, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after membership access has been granted, CraftTalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.

Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future access to the platform.

Account Termination

CraftTalk administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the integrity of the community.

Termination of membership does not entitle the user to a refund.

Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or membership areas after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By participating in CraftTalk and its membership areas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Members Terms of Service and Sacred Space Agreement.
