Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods – including but not limited to guides, PDFs, courses, documents, and other downloadable materials – are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Memberships and Subscription Services
Payments made for memberships, subscriptions, or access to exclusive community areas are non-refundable.

Physical Products
