CraftTalk Membership Agreement

These Membership Terms of Service (“Membership Terms”) govern your membership in CraftTalk and are in addition to our general Terms of Service. By purchasing or accepting a membership, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms along with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
CraftTalk memberships provide enhanced access to spiritual content, community features, and exclusive resources designed to support your magical and spiritual journey.
These Membership Terms supplement and are incorporated into our general Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Membership Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Membership Terms shall prevail regarding membership-specific matters.
Your membership constitutes a service agreement, not a purchase of goods. All membership benefits are provided as services and may be modified as outlined in these terms.
Benefits Include:
~ Access to basic articles and blog posts
~ Participation in public forums and discussions
~ Basic profile creation and customization
~ Access to free community events and workshops
~ Monthly newsletter subscription
Limitations:
~ Limited access to premium content
~ No access to members-only areas
~ Standard customer support response times
~ Limited download allowances
Benefits Include:
~ All Basic Membership benefits
~ Access to premium articles, tutorials, and guides
~ Monthly members-only live sessions and workshops
~ Downloadable spell templates, ritual guides, and magical resources
~ Priority customer support
~ Access to members-only discussion forums
~ Monthly digital magazine or journal
~ Discounts on CraftTalk merchandise and partner products (5%)
~ Access to recorded workshops and classes library
Benefits Include:
~ All Circle Member benefits
~ Additional discount on membership rate (save $40.00 annually)
~ Quarterly exclusive content packages
~ Early access to new features and content
~ Exclusive annual member appreciation gifts
~ Enhanced discounts on merchandise and partner products (20-25%)
~ Access to annual members-only retreat or gathering information
~ Personalized spiritual development tracking tools
Benefits Include:
~ All Coven Member benefits for life
~ Exclusive lifetime member badge and recognition
~ Input on platform development and content direction
~ Access to founder and staff for feedback and suggestions
~ Special lifetime member exclusive content and events
~ Maximum discounts on all products and services (30%+)
~ Legacy member status with special privileges
Benefits Include:
~ All premium membership benefits
~ Direct access to CraftTalk founders and staff
~ Monthly one-on-one spiritual mentorship session
~ Custom content requests and personalized guidance
~ Beta access to new features and services
~ Recognition as a community patron and supporter
~ Ability to influence content creation and platform direction
~ Exclusive small-group experiences
~ Memberships become active immediately upon successful payment processing
~ Access to membership benefits may take up to 24 hours to fully activate
~ Members will receive a confirmation email with access instructions
It’s important to mention that this applies only to members whom remain in good standing.
~ Monthly Memberships: Renew automatically on the same date each month
~ Annual Memberships: Renew automatically on the anniversary date
~ Lifetime Memberships: Valid for the lifetime of the platform or member
~ Free Memberships: Remain active as long as account is in good standing
~ Paid memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
~ You will be charged using your selected payment method on file
~ Billing notifications will be sent 7 days before renewal
~ Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
We accept the following payment methods:
~ Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
~ PayPal
~ Apple Pay and Google Pay (coming soon)
~ Bank transfers (for annual & lifetime memberships)
~ Members may upgrade their membership tier at any time
~ Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments
~ Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
~ Changes can be made through account settings or by contacting support
~ Members may cancel their membership at any time
~ Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle
~ Upon cancellation, members retain access until the end of their current billing period
~ No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of membership
If you have violated the Membership Code there will be no refunds.
~ New Members: As we offer a Fee Membership, their are no refunds for paid- members
~ Technical Issues: If service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will extend your monthly paid tier to cover the outage period
~ Unauthorized Charges: Full refund for verified unauthorized transactions
~ Annual Memberships: Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
~ Lifetime Memberships: 3-day refund period from date of purchase
CraftTalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:
~ Violation of Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
~ Fraudulent payment or chargeback activity
~ Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
~ Abuse of membership benefits or system exploitation
~ Harassment of other members or staff
~ Premium content is exclusively for active members of appropriate tiers
~ Content may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with non-members
~ Downloaded materials are for personal use only
~ Some content may have additional usage restrictions
~ Members must maintain respectful behavior in all member areas
~ Exclusive forums and groups have additional moderation standards
~ Members may be temporarily suspended from community features for violations
~ Private messaging and direct contact features may be restricted for safety
~ Live events have capacity limitations and operate on first-come, first-served basis
~ Members must register for events in advance
~ Event recordings may be available to members who cannot attend live
~ Special events may have additional requirements or fees
~ Premium members receive priority support response times
~ Support is available via email, chat, and scheduled calls (tier dependent)
~ Technical support is provided for platform-related issues only
~ Personal spiritual guidance is limited to designated membership benefits
Members grant CraftTalk limited rights to use their content for:
~ Platform operation and improvement
~ Community features and member showcases
~ Marketing materials (with explicit permission)
~ Educational purposes within the platform
CraftTalk grants members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
~ Access and use premium content for personal spiritual practice
~ Download specified materials for offline use
~ Participate in member-exclusive features and communities
Members may not:
~ Share login credentials or membership access with others
~ Redistribute premium content outside the platform
~ Use content for commercial purposes without explicit permission
~ Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary information
~ Member information is protected according to our Privacy Policy
~ Premium members may have access to enhanced privacy controls
~ Payment information is processed securely and not stored on our servers
~ Members can request data export or deletion in accordance with applicable laws
~ Member-only areas provide enhanced privacy but are not completely private
~ CraftTalk staff may monitor member areas for safety and compliance
~ Members should not share personal information they wish to keep completely private
~ Special provisions apply to one-on-one mentorship and consultation features
Before pursuing external remedies, members agree to:
1. Contact customer support to resolve the issue
2. Allow reasonable time for investigation and response
3. Participate in good faith discussions to reach resolution
Unresolved membership disputes shall be subject to:
~ Binding arbitration for claims over $2500.00
~ Small claims court jurisdiction for smaller disputes
~ Mediation attempts before formal arbitration
Members agree to resolve disputes individually and waive rights to participate in class action lawsuits related to membership terms.
~ Mentorship and guidance services are for spiritual development only
~ Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice
~ Members should seek appropriate professional help for serious issues
~ Results from spiritual practices and guidance cannot be guaranteed
~ All spiritual services respect diverse traditions and beliefs
~ Members from all backgrounds are welcome and supported
~ Cultural appropriation concerns are taken seriously
~ Traditional and closed practice boundaries are respected
~ All spiritual guidance prioritizes member safety and wellbeing
~ Harmful or dangerous practices are not endorsed or taught
~ Members are encouraged to use discernment in their spiritual practice
~ Ethical boundaries are maintained in all mentorship relationships
Premium members are expected to uphold higher community standards including:
~ Respectful participation in member-exclusive areas
~ Constructive contribution to discussions and forums
~ Respect for the privacy and safety of other members
~ Appropriate use of enhanced platform features
~ Long-term members may receive special recognition
~ Active community contributors may be featured or highlighted
~ Referral programs may provide benefits for successful member referrals
~ Anniversary recognitions and loyalty rewards may be provided
~ Members are encouraged to provide feedback on services and content
~ Premium members may have access to beta features and testing programs
~ Regular surveys and feedback collection help improve member experience
~ Member advisory groups may be formed for platform development input
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, service may be interrupted by:
~ Technical maintenance and updates
~ Third-party service provider issues
~ Natural disasters or other uncontrollable events
~ Legal or regulatory requirements
~ Extended outages (over 72 hours) may result in membership extensions
~ Critical service failures may warrant partial credits
~ Members will be notified of planned maintenance in advance
~ Emergency interruptions will be communicated as soon as possible
Material changes to membership terms will be communicated through:
~ Email notification to all active members
~ Prominent notice on the platform for 30 days
~ Updated terms posted with clear change indicators
~ Opportunity for members to cancel without penalty during transition period
~ Existing members may be grandfathered into current terms for a reasonable period
~ Price increases may be delayed for current members
~ Benefit reductions will include reasonable notice and alternatives
~ Lifetime members have enhanced protection against adverse changes

By maintaining a CraftTalk membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms of Service in addition to our general Terms of Service.
These Membership Terms are effective as of 1 January 2025 and supersede all previous membership agreements.
